How to deal with same allegations being made multiple times

my father is charged with section 144 by his elder brother which is once won by us but within a month he is agained charged with same section. can it be possible that within a month same section can be charged??

yes it is possible but need to see what grounds have been used for ....
is the same reasons or different reasons for dong so ..
need not be worried Section 144 can be tackeled easily ....
