How to deal if false 498a case has been filed against us

My brother-in-law married on June 2015 after marriage his wife is not stay with him in his house, she hardly stayed only 10 days, until now she is live with her parents only, Now he was threatened by his wife and parent-in-law to find a separate house with maid within 10 days with help of women’s police and also they said that “if you won’t do this then we will damage you & your parent and sister name and life for ever, So he worried and filed divorce now his wife filed false a 489a against him and parent for dowry, murder attempt and his sister for phone harassment. How to relief his sister
first file a anticipatory bail for all the family members and then he can file quash petition when there is a false complaint filed in FIR. If the complaint is false then case will not stand for long time.
