False DV case filed against Parents can it be reopened

DV case was filed against her husband and his parents 6 months ago. but by intervention of senior family members from both families the complainant (lady) got ready reside again in the in-laws house on condition that she will withdraw the case within 6 months from the date of consent signed by both side in front of oath commisioner. My query is if the case got withdrawn or ex-party then can the complainant (lady) is eliglible to file again the same case against her in-laws?
Dear as per your query, she can file a domestic violence case again, you did a mistake while making a comprise deed, you should not allow her to reside in the same house, if she will stay separate then she can't involve all the family members in DV cases again except her husband..
