Can I file a case against my in-laws for the in human behavior

19-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)

Me and my wife are residing in Bangalore. My wife was pregnant and was residing at XYZ location with her brother and mother during her final stages of pregnancy and due to lack of facility at her place I had requested her to come back to my place at ABC location. But without even notifying me, my mom-in-law and bro-in-law have taken my wife with heavy pregnancy to our Native which is 360 km away on 17-11-2015. where she had given birth to a baby girl on 19-11-2015. I want to file a case against my in-laws for the in-humanity shown towards my wife and kid during her final stages of pregnancy.

On the basis of your wife's consent, if your mother-in-law and brother-in-law had taken your wife to their native place then you cannot file any cases against them. Only in case your wife is aggrieved by the behavior of your In-Laws then she can lodge a case against them.

Dear Sir/Madam, God is great mother and baby is in good condition. You have to take explanation from your in-laws and if you have not to get satisfactory reply/answer, thereafter you have to issued a legal notice to them and to get justice.
