Can daughters claim in father's property even if he is alive?

sir,we are 3 sisters,2 are minor and i am major.my father is the inheritor of his mother's nanihali property and he doesn't live with us since 4 years...can we claim in the property?my mother has filed a title suit against him.. but is there any share that we can get?he has inherited the property from his mother but it is not gifted.he has done the motation of all the property in his name after his mother's death.
Obviously u may claim against your fathers property in the light of tittle suit which had been filed by your mother.you have full right to get the property while you are eldest in your three sisters.according to property act when your father is entitle than u r also entitle in your inheritate/imteritance property.you should go according to the property act through the proper channel by the law of tittle suit..
