Hindhu succession act entitles only the children to claim share as a coparcener of ancestral property. But widow after remarriage loses stake to claim. However cibil suit for mother and child will lie.Dicission of the civil court can help if the widow can justify.

The children have absolute right over the properties but the widow who got remarried after death of her husband have also right over the self acquired properties of her let husband may not claim over the ancestral property
