Can a person throw us out of the house if we have been living for long

SIr , I have a question regarding my Property . My father and his two brother made our house .. our property consist of house, there after an yard and there after a pond ... now when property got separated the elder one received the house part, the middle one received the yard part ..and my father i.e. the youngest one received the pond ..but will all stay in same house as joint family, And we dnt have any other house .. But form past few days things are going not well..And my cousin(of elder paternal uncle's son) claiming that this house is not our house . and he is trying to terrify us . my questions 1 Can he rightfully throw us out of the house (when we got no other house) where we are living since my father's young age (my age is 25) ? 2.Will our pond will be considered as pond ? or property (as it mentioned in will as land ) can we fill it up with soil ? and make it a residence fr us ? .. what will be legal constrains ?
