3 brothers and 3 sisters all married staying separately. Elderly mother staying with younger son. Other siblings not taking her. How to get all siblings to share responsibility of the mother.
Your mother can send legal notice to asking for maintaince of old age mother and if they are failed to maintain or provide some assistance to maintain then your mother can file case for maintaining her in court and further details are required for further advice tysm
