hi, i want to marry to 1st cousin (maternal uncle's daughter) how can go for it legally?? as i am hindu maharastrian brahmin. through arya samaj mandir is it possible to do this and what indian law say for this i am a bit confused can you please guide for the same

Q: Can I get a divorce while living in the same house as my husband

I don't have a place in my city to go live at, my daughter's education will suffer if I move to my parents place as it's in a far away city. My husband has his family here but they don't want him back to there house too. I had put all my money in this house and my husband took a loan for the rest of the payments, I had stopped working post delivery and now I am not financially strong to move out. Can we still file for a divorce while we stay under the same roof?

Iam christian Protestant guy legally divorced. In my second marriage bride is spinster never married. Can I remarry again in church as per christian rituals or only option is court marriage. If yes remarriage on church please advise the process and formalities to be completed.

Q: Can maintenance case be filed against torturous inlaws

I was married in 2016.We both r hindu.Initially I nd my husband were living lovingly in Mumbai. But since marriage his family members would continue to call and torture both of us on topics related to dowry,household articles,they would tell my husband to remarry and leave me.some how a year passed and I have birth to a baby girl.Real drama started after my child birth,they r not ready to take me back home and listening to his mother my husband has stopped giving me maintenance for myself and my child. Now I have sent legal notice for maintenance of both of us so husband is ready to live wid me but his mother is torturing him by saying that If he lives with me then his mother will legally throw him out of the property and also end all the relations. So my husband is not able to take proper decision. So In this case what should I do.Can I file case against my in laws or should I file divorce case as my husband is not fulfilling his responsibilities nd v r living separately.Please help?

As you have already send legal notice to your husband so then contents of it need to refer. And you can file application of conjugal right asking your husband to take you bank ans also claim maintenance , and if you wish to go for divorce that too, for further advise meeting is required

My sister married for 15yrs.in this 15yrs her husband always use abusive words. For food, cloths everything he is pointing to bring from fathers house. They have 12yrs daughter.. Now she want to get divorce as he is not leaving any chance to abuse her by worst slangs and words. She is staying in nagpur now. So if we will take her back to our hometown. Is that fine to raise complaint in my hometown police station and then proceeding with divorce case?
