Where is the Power of attorney of a property to be registered

Power. Of attorney where we to. Registered same where we have a property. ? Or any. Other city /state Standard format required Chennai Tamil nadu
The owner of the property can execute the power of attorney in the presently residing place or where the property is situated. It should be regd., if PA is executing for sale purpose, otherwise it is invalid. If PA is not for sale then registration is not necessary.

Power of Attorney should be registered where the property is located, however if there are 2 or more properties u can choose the sub registration of the office according to where one of the property is located. But remember, POA need not compulsorily be registered, however when it comes to property, POA needs to be registered, this is the practise. The format for chennai or bangalore should be the same.
