As far as, the disturbance in your family is sad. When any two parents fight and part away from other, the extreme sufferers are children. Leave this issue here only.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that mother's name can be entered into school records. As far as your mother has entered her name into your SSC certificate leaving blank father's name. It will not be any sort of problem in your future life or getting an employment anywhere. Your case supports the judgement of supreme Court.

Mother is natural guardian of a child, apart from the father.

Even if you want to make entry of your father's name, then, you should approach the concerned SSC Board from where you passed the examination, within three years of passing, make an application with the board requesting to make necessary entries or corrections in your certificate with supportive documents.

If this period lapses, then you have to approach competent Civil Court for seeking necessary relief.
