what is the eligibility of creamy layer of OBC?

I am working in Private industries & my annual income is more than 6.0 lakhs . Then shall i eligible for non creamy layer certificate.
The central government has raised the annual income of family to 8 lacs per annum. If you are the only person earning in your family then you are not eligible. However if the collective income of your family including the income from agricultural land (if any) then you are eligible

Revision of income criteria-The limit of annual income of Rs. 4.50 lakhs has been raised to Rs. 6.00 lakhs for determining the creamy layer among Other Backword Classes (OBCs) candidates in the centrally funded technical education institutes.
