marriage rules with a foreigner during tourist visa

hii, I am serving in indian armed forces and I am in love with my girl friend she is a Brazilian citizen,,can we both marry during her tourist visit to india ,,I mean as tourist can she marry me in india, And what is the process for this marriage can we marry in marriage registrar office and after marriage what we have to do, what we have to inform brazilian embassy, can I travel with her to brazil after marriage ,,is any problem by marrying a foreigner while serving in armed forces, is any objections,, please give me the details about this ,,and who should attend to during marriage

Serving in Indian army and marrying a foreigner should not be a question as the two are different. She can marry you as that is not a problem. you can travel with her to brazil but if you are thinking to make your place of stay permanent at brazil then the process is different and same can be consulted face to face. Informing the Brazilian embassy also has a process which can be consulted during a meeting. it's your personal call as to who should attend the meeting.
