I need to ask whether I should use legal stamp(Rs. 10, Rs. 20 etc.) paper or plain paper when I am lending one of my colleagues an amount of more than Rs. 2 lacs which he has to pay within 6 months failing which he needs to pay an interest of 18% per annum. Q: Applied for Visa husband diagnosed with medical issue what can I do

I am applying for an L2 Visa for my spouse. The date we are getting at present is somewhere in Oct, meanwhile he has been detected with a medical issue which requires surgery at the earliest possible. Can he apply under expedited visa category on medical grounds.
