How to change address in government documents

I am separated from my husband from Sep 2015 and so staying at my parents home since then. All my documents ( Passport, aadhaar card etc ) are with the address from my husband's home. I want to know how to get a change of address
are you divorced or simply separated? If you are divorced, then by attaching the certified copy of the judgement of the court, you can change your address.

If you know that you are going back to your husbands house then go to pass port office they will give your form for change of address then there will be verification done, ditto with Aadhar card and other governmental records.
