Delay in granting scholarship

I am a B.tech student in a college in Gurgaon. Three months back i was given scholarship which has not been granted to me. They are delaying it. What action can we take?
In law there is no provision regarding the delay in granting the scholarship to a student by the college. In your case, the college has cheated you by not granting you the scholarship. In such cases you shall have the right to enquire about why they have not granted you the scholarship. If they are refusing to answer your question in such case approach the unversity with which your college is affiliated.
