Change in name in class X certificate

I passed my class X in the year 2010, and now i want to add my surname to my name in Class X certificate and mark sheet. Please guide me. (In class X my name was Priya and from Class XI onwards its Priya Dahiya)

it is very simple that first you have to make an affidavit for add of Surname after that u must approach for Gadget Notification or publish the name in any reputed news papers in HINDI AS WELL AS in English with the help of any Advocate and with that news paper you submit it to board office for inclusion of surname or in 12th you can attach this all papers for further verification and it will be reflected the desired name in the certificates.

you have to publish in a news paper regarding the same that my name is priya and now i am changing my name to priya dahia my father`s name is .... i am r/o..... and no further change is done on behalf of you. now you can take the copy to your regional education board office and they will change the name after receiving the application along with copy of published article.
