Case pending of corruption in Supreme Court need fresh passport

I was charged for offences under section13(1)(d)(2) of the prevention of corruption act 1988 and section 120B of the penal code by State.The special judge session court(Prevention of Corruption act) on 19th September 2003 discharged me for all the offences.Subsesquentally the Hon'ble High Court of Jaipur had also dismissed the revision preferred by the State against the order . The State has now filed Special leave petition(criminal) in Supreme Court,which is pending since 2013.I now wish to apply for fresh passport .I would like to know if I would be required to take NOC from Supreme Court.
