Wife torturing me, daughter & family and asking for 50% property share

I want Divorce even wife agrees but asking for more 50% of my parents property and giving threat for complain and all also she is listening to her father only. She always says what i want that only i will do and dont listen to anyone first of all even i want divorce from her at any cost because i am to much frustrate and in depression because her each and every word i feel like she shoots me by gun. there is no understanding and i dint even stay with her for 1 year but she is staying with my parents and with his parents. now they are ready for divorce but asking too much. i am software professional and she is not even ready to talk even she doesnt understand anything. she is illiterate and always doubting on me use abusive language which i cant bear also always beat daughter and quarrel with my parents. she call me as mental as i studied. my life is full of hell now and feeling like what should i do. if i file mental cruelty then how much time and money it takes to get divorced
