Wife not ready to live together and demanding divorce. What to do?

03-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am 32 years, hindu male, married having 4 years old male child staying with me and taken best possible care by my mom. Me n my wife were in love and married. now she tells that she don't love me any more. Please note that before a year, me n my parents allowed her to move ahead in her career n shift to different city where she's staying alone. Now she is telling that she doesn't want to come back and also wants to take away the kid from me. Also I am trying to convince her that issues happens with every family in terms of small small matters between wife n mother in law. But she doesnt want to adjust. Moreover, I am devoid of all physical relations since more than 2 years. I have told their parents, but they are saying its a personal matter between two of us. Also if i insist her to come back and start living happily giving each other and relation a second try..she dosent want to give second chance. there is no DV or Extramarital affair or any issue from my side. Please Help me..

Dear sir,
The remedy available for you today are two.
First you file for divorce by mutual consent wherein you can come to an arrangement to share your assets and most importantly share custody of the child.

Second which is quite effective is that you file an application for restitution of conjugal rights, which will compel your wife to come and live with you.
We should have a detailed discussion.

1.first of all if u want ur wife to live with u then u can make petition in the honourable court under section.9 of hindu marriage act, 1955 2. if you have the possession of your child then for this she need to make petition in the court for child possession, without this order she cannot possession the custody of a child and you dont need to give custody of the child to her

first, your wife have to strong reason for divorce with u,
2. u have only 4 year old children so mother can tace childrens custody by court
3.court has rights to know what is the ground of divorce , and then court decide everything
4.DV or Extramarital affair or any issue are not from your side but what about your wife ?
for second try, for u are ready to continue relationship with her, this all things u have to submit your declaration on court.
how mater is going, it all depends on advocate, your family court
