"Your only course of action is to file a petition for divorce on grounds such as cruelty. It would not be advisable to file for restitution of conjugal rights as you do not want to live with your wife. You will need to provide for visitation rights in the petition if she agrees to file one on mutual consent.
Alternatively, or as an additional remedy, you may file a custody petition under the Guardian and Wards act. By default, you are the natural guardian and should have custody of your son.
