Wife making false allegations against me want to get rid of her

Last 1 year my wife is not staying with me.She has so many allegation against me that every night i use to come in an intoxicated condition and tortured her like anything.The fact is that,i use to drink but never tortured her.Before marriage i had a relation with a girl.After my marriage she committed suicide.in the year 2009 i got married.the problem start soon after my marriage.And its continues till now.We have a baby boy of age 5. I want to get rid of my wife.I cant stay a single day with her.She is forcing to stay at her parental home.she cheated me.
"Your only course of action is to file a petition for divorce on grounds such as cruelty. It would not be advisable to file for restitution of conjugal rights as you do not want to live with your wife. You will need to provide for visitation rights in the petition if she agrees to file one on mutual consent.
