wife is not ready to give divorce nor interested to stay with husband

when wife is not ready to give the divorce or not interested to stay in his husband house & both wife and husband are living separate from the last 7 years in this situation what should be do? In court case will be running years to years then the person lost his patience . My friend has been married and her wife put a case as 498a and MC. 498a case is cleared but MC case is running now he is 45 years of age when he will get the divorce when he will be lead happy life? Her wife is not contacted to him in these 7 years nor shown to interest to live with him nor she is not giving the divorce.

Your friend does not have any other option other than to file a divorce.
Since the wife has filed a 498A case and the same has been dismissed, your friend has a got chance of getting divorce within 6 months from the date of him filing the case.
It also appears that the husband and wife have not been living together for 7 years. so the grounds of desertion is also applicable in this case.
Courts will grant divorce to your friend on the grounds of False 498 A case and on grounds of desertion.
No worries.

if wife is not ready to give divorce to your friend he can't do anything and more over his wife can file cases against him under DVC also and she can claim maintenance and compensation from her husband.
for this type of problems meditation and counselling of the both the parties will help this type of cases to some extent.
in this case also you request the court to transfer the case to mediation center where both the parties are come together and will hope for some positive result.
