wife has filed for divorce but i dont want it

ours was a love marriage 4months ago. after marriage her expectations were so high and which regularly created problems between us. now she is having divorce in her mind and has 4 police complaint against me of harassment mentally and all just because these complaints can help her for faster divorce. I want to give us a second chance BT she is not ready. what should I do legally when she files a divorce. and how much time it takes for divorce if she has police complaint as a proof. plz suggest some ways. we both are hindu
Dear client she cannot file divorce before completion of one year of marriage. If u want to save yr marriage then send legal notice through lawyer and ask her to come back. If she will not come back then file case for restitution of conjugal rights in court. For any legal help call me
