Wife applied for divorce but i do not wish to divorce her

Hi, Sir, My wife filled divorce to me, with these IPC147,148,294(b),323,324,355 IPCr/w4ofW.H.Act, I seen summon, but i did not accept. I rejected summon. I did not want to give divorce to her. I expect she may turn to life with me. At present i am living in abroad. I unable to process these law matter. Once i meet lawyer, they have tie up with my wife lawyer, asking more money without reason. My wife side, using her innocent, their relatives stimulating her to do so. at present fresh summon they launched. I have seen by online e court. If it goes exparte, what is procedure then, i get details from court. I want reply to court without using lawyer is it possible. sir. Please guide me. thank you for your great service.

You have to accept summon and vakalat needs to be filed on behalf of you else this may be set ex-parte. then it will be trouble for you and this also may prolong to reopen the case. if you need advice then call me on my cell.
