Where is the jurisdiction to file case if we are staying singapore

08-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I and my Husband both are working in singapore on work permit. Our marriage has completed 1.5 yrs with 6 months of separation. He filed fake police case in singapore for abusment which got dismissed by court. I have seen him with many girls and found about his affair but no strong proof. We got marrried as per Hindu act. How can I file divorce in such matter ? Pls suggest as we both are in singapore. He is not ready for mutual consent. Also how Long this process will take as I am already fed up with his behaviour.

For filing divorce you will have to come to India..

Approx time for divorce will be around 1 year..

Even if he is not ready to guve divorce, it does not masters.

Once the petition is filed, then it is for Court to decide
