What to do in case of false dowry case

My brother's wife has falsely put 498a, 120b, 3&4 DP and 406 on the entire family. I am the sister. The police has called for investigation and given 15 days notice. The city where is lives is different from where parents do and the sister and the husband. What can we do? How can the sister who has never lived with the couple get out of it? we can take but what after that?
your brother should immediately take an anticipatory bail from the court below and nothing to worry the police cannot arrest your brother after the judgement passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 2nd July, 2014, please find out that the police has sent a notice under section 41A.

From the side except the Husband of the Complainant, it is better to file Anticipatory Bail application U/S 438 Cr.P.C before the Ld. District Sessions Judge or the Hon'ble High Court of Concern State in connection with the noted above 498(a) Case. You being a sister of the Complainant's husband, the chance of allow the aforesaid anticipatory Bail is green. therefor, don't wast your time. proceed for obtaining Bail.
