What procedure should I follow to getting divorce from my wife ?

Hi sir, I got married from last year recently I knew that my wife is getting physical with some men for money and enjoyment. I caught her and she accepted and I recorded his accept statement auido and video mode. Now she is not ready to giving me divorce. Please let me know how can I get divorce from her....
Divorce can be filed on the ground of adultery as well as cruelty. Adultery itself amounts to cruelty. Moreover, if you know the name of the person she is in adulterous relationship with you can file a criminal complaint against him as well.
