you can get a handsome amount as maintenance from your husband but keep one thing in your mind absolutely clear that maintenance depends on many factors like income of husband, expenses, number of petitioner, amount required by petitioner, education and employment level of petitioner and many others.

Madam, taking maintenance through court is certainly going to add bitterness in the relationship. If any of the circumstance/grounds mentioned under section 13 of the HMAct is fulfilled than yes your husband is entitled to get a decree of divorce, but, demanding maintenance from ur spouse, per se, is not a ground for divorce. As for as maintenance is concerned yes legally speaking ur entitled for pocket-money for ur independent & personal necessity. Better consult a govt. appointed counsler. Pls try to burry hatchet with ur hubby if possible for sake of ur children. Best wishes

Yes, you have the right to maintenance. It is the discretion/ choice of the court as to how much money he allots but you can get approximately 20,000/- atlas rest incase you need more you need to justify in court that why you need more money and how much.

You can claim maintenance while living with your husband of he is neglecting you and your kids and the amount would depend on standard of living and expenses for household and education of children. Out of 60000 you can easily get 20000 to 30000.

calculate ur husband's salary with divisible of 4 members if ur in laws thier then dvisible of 6 it means 60,000 divided by 6 = 10000 each so, u alongwith ur children will get half of amount from his salary. but thier is no specific quantum fixed for calculating the maintenance. and ur husband only put allegation upon you as his defence, and only he can file divorce.
