Was married when I was minor dont want to stay with my wife now

i m married when i was 16 now i am 22 and i dont like my wife..we got married by our caste rituals and now i want to get seperated from her..since i have not registered my marriage that why i can get seperated only by our caste rituals but my mom is not at all supportive .i m still studying so i dont earn.my mon says she wont support me financially for my education if i leave my wife.i love someone from past 5 years i cant leave her i want to marry her..but my mom is blackmailing that she will file fake complaints reguarding me..and she is not supporting my education financially what to do?

You can file for a divorce in the family court. if you have any proof of marriage like photographs, wedding cards etc. and you can apply for divorce. It should be a valid marriage.
