Spouse living separately from 10 years how can I get divorce

Is it possible to take Divorce without knowledge of partner when living separately for more than 10 years without any legal issue and not in talking terms?
If you have been living separately for a period of more than 10 years, you can file a petition for mutual divorce under section13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act or you can file a case for divorce under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act as this is a valid ground for obtaining divorce.

See divorce u can take but both the partners need to know of it until the whereabouts of partner is unknown but definitely some good way can be try out best would be if you could fix a meeting with me to discuss the details and possibility.
