Second party not appearing in the court for divorce hearing what to do

hi,mera divorce case chal rha hai. 6 month se second party sign karne ko ready thi but monday ko second party court m nhi aai.or second party se koi contact nhi ho paa rha hai.unka koi pta nhi hai.agar vo 3 date p nhi aate hai.so what should i do now ? age ki kya process honi chahiye ?please help me
First of all you are wife or husband when both of you agree for divorce than had you filed divorce petition for mutual consent. Kindly clarify these questions. .

Agar aapka case Aapsi Sahmati se Talaq ka hai to ye case unke na aane se khaarij ho jayega aur apko alag se Talaq ka case lagana padega.
Agar apka case apsi Sahmati se Talaq ka nahin hai aur unko notice taameel ho chuka hai Court se to unke na aane se case ka decision ex-parte ho kar apke favor mein ho sakta hai.
