my husband cheated me and don't want to be divorced what to do

My husband cheated me and my family while arranging marriage by telling that he has 15k salary and works in company but actually he was not doing any job after marriage and was continually bothering me for dowry. One time he tried to kill me then I left his home but my parents didn't support me because of their respect in religion. Now I am leaving separate and my husband wants divorce from me but I am ready to be with him if he gives me his half property and salary as garuntee of my future and safety but he is not agree to commit anything. And bothering me frequently. What should I do to get divorce?
Hi You have stated that you are ready to stay with him if he agrees to certain conditions but also ended your query with Divorce. If you are also ready for divorce it can be taken forward by sending him a legal notice for a mutual consent divorce and the terms and conditions worked out .You also should file an FIR against him immediately on physical violence and dowry demands .Additionally you can file for maintenance ,residence and compensation under the Protection of women from domestic violence act. You have to file a police complaint under section 498A of IPC, against your husband citing cruelty and dowry demand. On the same grounds you can file for divorce and also ask for either maintenance or alimony.

the person whom you selected is use less and not true person , and hence no trust in such relation ship, residing separately is no soln. you have right to live your life , and be happy ,
If you have no issue then do not waste time ,search for another but before get a divorce on grounds of of cruelty , don`t be after his property you can claim maintenance from him .oR IF HE HAS GIVEN BIO DATA stating his salary is Rs 15K, and in fact he was not on job then ground is misrepresentation and seek divorce.
Till you remarry.
