Military law regarding divorce under shariah law

If a person got married under shariah law, no registered marriage.He divorced his wife under shariah law. What does military law says in this case. Secondly the lady refuses to reply on NOC issued by the army authority and not even want to go to family court too then in this case what will be the procedure.
वह व्यक्ति संबंधित परिवार न्यायालय में स्पेशल मैरिज एक्ट के अन्तर्गत तलाक हेतु याचिका दायर कर सकता है । यदि उसकी पत्नी न्यायालय से सम्मन मिलने के बाबजूद न्यायालय के समक्ष उपस्थित नहीं होती है तो न्यायालय पति पक्ष में एक-पक्षीय निर्णय दे सकता है।
पत्नी के उपस्थित हो जाने की उपस्थिति में निर्णय गुण-दोष के आधार पर होगा।
