Marrying before the second motion in case of mutual divorce

05-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I and my husband have mutually separated and signed the mutual consent divorce papers (no demands) in April this year and the final date is in October wherein we have to appear one last time and sign before the judge probably (not much idea of the procedure) My question is, since we have already signed the papers once, is it possible to marry before the final round ? I am currently involved with a christian guy and we wish to marry within the next 2 months due to certain personal issues. I was earlier married under Hindu marriage act and have to convert in order to marry in a church. What are the possibilities in this case ?

hi
you cannot marry anyone until and unless the final decree of your divorce is pronounced by the court.
whatever the reasons may be, even if you marry some other guy that marriage will be considered as null and void and it will have no legality
