In this case you can either go for divorce or restitution.
Both remedies are open for you as your marriage is valid.
You can also claim maintenance and custody if any.
Matter will proceed according to the Hindu law.

u immediately lodge FIR against your husband and muslim lady.
filed miscellaneous applications before the criminal courts against ur husband.
i.e. domestic voilence
ur fundamental right is u r first wife .
as per hindu marriage act.
and at the time of marriage ur husband is still hindu.
no 2nd marriage solemnised before dissolve 1st marriage.
u take necessary steps against ur husband.

Dear client u have to his proof of second marriage like marriage registration certificate photos. Then u can file complaint against him for bigamy. Also u can ask maintenance for u from husband. He cannot escape ftom his laibility by saying he converted to Islam. For any legal help call me

Hello Ma'm,

I would advise you to file a Domestic Violence Complaint against your Husband because as per Hindu Law, your Husband cannot marry another woman while being married to you and he has deliberately converted to Islam to carry out a Second Marriage which is Cruelty on his part towards you. And you can also make an Application to stop your Husband from creating any Third Party rights in your current residential House so as the second wife does not gain occupancy in your House.
