Marriage done in temple and its not registered husband married again

Our marriage happened in temple with couple of friends in 2012. My in-laws forcedly got my husband married in March 2016. I am pregnant now. My husband wants to divorce that lady and stay with me. How to process in this regards.please help me

if you have photographs/ proof of marriage that happened in the year 2012, you can approach the courts and get the Second marriage that happened in the year 2016 declared as null and void.
Please ask your husband to approach the District court in this regard and ask for the court to declare the second marriage as null and void.

the second marriage of your husband is not a valid marriage.your husband marriage is void marriage. he can't remarry
when his wife alive and without giving divorce to the first wife he can't remarry. you collect all your evidence of your marriage and can approach family court for justice.
