In laws threatening to file false case against me of dowry what to do

Hello Sir, My marriage before 6 month. My wife behaviour not good for me and my family one day she is talk to my mother rudely then i slapped him then she going own home (Mayke) And now i tell him i want to divorce. Then my father-in-low threaten me and say he file a case on me of "Dahej and Maarpit Kanoon" if i divorce my wife. So please sir any solution for divorce?

Firstly, If she is staying with you, we would advice you to make call recordings or video recording of her making such threats.
Secondly, if she left your home then your make a written statement to the local police station stating that she left your house. If the case has already been filed we suggest you to hire a competent advocate to defend you in the court.
You also may want to prepare to file an anticipatory bail for yourself and your family if some criminal complaint is to be filed against you and your family.

Just be on safe side initiate proceedings against ur wife under section 107/116 crpc. And also move under section 9 of the hindu marriage act for restitution of conjugal right. Once notices issued to her, try to manage her. If she does not come even aftercrestitution of conjugal right decree than proceed for divorce proceedings.
