Husband took ex parte divorce by cheating

my husband took ex parte divorce in meerut by cheating. i saw the order sheet, there is an overwriting in date and mine and his signatures are fake. based on that divorce, he got bail in high court which was first dismissed in lower court for 498a, 406 and 34. can i file a cheating case against him.

You can definitely file fraud and forgery case. You'll have to file an Application under Section 340 of CrPC. You can also challenge the order of Bail in Supreme Court and pray for cancellation of Bail.

Hi, u may file a recall application before the court concerned from whom your husband get a ex party divorce decree and opposed the same, and later on you may move an bail cancellation application before the high court in which your husband got bail and then you may file Fir against him under section 420 of pic against your husband
