Husband thrown out of house dont want second child what to do

I am govt employee, have a son of 10 yrs. Now am pregnant with second child and my husband has thrown me out of the house as he doesn't want the child. As there is no way left I am staying in mom house. My condition is critical, he has sent a legal notice for divorce. I am unable take all these as doctor's have advised bed rest. What should I do?
File maintenance case, domestic violence casr against your husband since ur husband duty is to do it so u can achieve it and u have to file case to achieve it and harass him or u would be harassed.
