Husband not having property job what will be the decision ofCourt

Crpf 125 What will be the action by court? 1.husband don't have job, property, home neither his parents have any home or property? 2. If husband & her mom having joint account and fixed deposit & his mother is a first holder , can court freeze this account? 3.can court recover maintainance from husband 's parents pention?
1. Court can still order him to pay maintenance from the amount which can be easily earned by any person capable of earning.
2. Court cannot freeze this account nor can order to pay maintenance out of this.

Under s. 125 CrPC you will get maintenance only if the husband has sufficient means to pay it. You will not get anything from your mother- in-laws's FD or from your in-laws' pension. Only husband is liable under s.125 CrPC.
