Husband married someone else without giving divorce what to do.

Married for 14 yrs.now recently cme to know that my husband married another lady and had a kid.now my husband had filed a divorce case against me for cruelty to him and his parents..he is also not accepting his second marriage.pls advice

You have to file counter case of annulment and restitution of conjugal rights.
