Well being a husband he shouldn't have filed a divorce Ofcrse but as you have said u live in ur parent's house.... now the question arise whether he allowed you to live there in the fiRST place. By no means the step taken by your husband can be a right one. Nothing to be worried. Submit written statement before the Hon’ble Court stating the exact fact there in. The court will dismiss the case definitely.

Yes he can. But whether he will get divorce or not it depends on the situation and evidence ,cause and many other things. For getting divorce some rules are there like bigamy, living separately for more than tow years etc.

it involves many technical issues. .. As its not a mutual divorce it will not be as easy as your husband thinks of.you may consult any lawyer of the to place your stand against the petition filed ....

If you want to continue with the marriage then you contest the case. For survival of marriage life you need to adjust and if don't want to live with your husband it is difficult to survive the marriage. Conjugal relationships is important factor for marital life. You can try for transfer of your posting if your matrimonial house is in different station. Try to survive the marriage if it is otherwise not harmf for you. For now appear and contest the divorce case and appear in conciliation.
