22-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I hv filed domestic violence n 498a case. My husband convinced me to go for mediation. I agreed but mediation failed as we are not ready to relocate. He is in pune n i m in mumbai. He wants me to join him in pune. I want to know how much this mediation will have any impact on my case.
It will not impact your pending case.
You should be positive and confident now and follow-up with the Court for taking up the hearing of the case and to proceed with the Trial in your pending complaint.

There would be no effect of failure of mediation to your case so filed under sec.498a of IPC.
If the mediation is failed now you have the way remain is to prove the case as per allegations so made you in your complaint under sec 498 A.
