If you want divorce, you can file a case for divorce. If he contests it will take some time otherwise you can get an ex-parte decree within six month . Go to an Advocate he will help you to file the case.

You need to file a divorce case under section 13 of the Hindu marriage act immediately
After filing of the divorce case later on also you can convert the petition to divorce by mutual consent incase your husband agrees for mutual consent

Talk to your husband or write to him about mutual divorce terms and keep a record of the same . Since he creates problem to you under influence of liquor you can file divorce suit in Family Court . You try to create evidence as these will help you in proving your case .
