I'm married man having a kid - I found my wife to b unfaithful to me but I don't any proofs - wen questioned she abuses me with words n even hit me, I tried my best to explain n talk but it never works. Now I'm in love with her sister. Can I divorce my wife and marry again legally.

If you have any proofs then you may file a divorce case on adultery ground otherwise the case can be filed on cruelty ground. So she will or she may come forward for mutual or divorce. .
