Sir mera name vinay he meri sadi 4 year pahle huai thi or meri ek baby he jb meri sadi huai thi tb meri age 17 year thi mere gharwalo or society ke logo ne force karke sadi kar di thi or aaj wo ladki muje hamesa mentally torcher karti he or uske papa mamy bhi aaye din hamse fight karte he or society ke logo ko ghar pr laate he or ultae case ki dhmkiya dete he meri wife muje bolti he tumko barbad kar dungi jbki wo khood muje divorce dene se mana kar rhi he bolti he ese me nahi hone ni dungi agar tumko karna he to sucide kar lo jisse tum jaaoge meri life se mene 4 year bahut try kiya ki sab thik ho jaaye but sab impossible lag rha he me jina chahta hu muje divorce chahiye but kese lu ya nahi samzh me aarha he sari society mere against he me akela hu or completion ki perfection kar rha hu but last 2 year se meri sari study or future sab kuchh end ho gya he me thik se study nahi kar pata hu plz help me muje batao me kya karu Sir ek bar usne muje khane me posin me Hindu marrige kiya he

Aap yh janane chahte hai ki kaise divorce apni patni se liya jaye.. to mai apk bat do ki India mai husband ko bahut mushkil hai divorce milna kyoki hamare pass do hi ground hota hai (1) Cruelty ( 2) adultary as per Hindu Divorce Act.. Apki abhi 4 saal hi shadi ki hui hai es case mai agar aap divorce file karte hai to apki patni aap par Sec 498A of cruelty ka case kar sakti hai, so haame bade sawadhani se husband ka divorce case file karna hota hai.. apko ishke liye bahut se fact or proof arrange karne honge ki apki wife apko mentally torture karti hai... mujhe apse or information chahiye jisase mai apko jyada sahaykta kar saku.. feel free to call me through lawrato....

In a hurry i don't suggest any one to directly jump into a conclusion of getting divorce see talk to your wife your mother father getting divorced is easy but at the same time think for your child but if you have dicede to get divorced then make an application to a family court in the district and agitate your grivences
