How divorce can be granted if wife secretly got married with husband

I hve got married secretly with a man who was my old friend.after marriage from his mother I got other info abt him he is angry man lier bloddy thef he never respect his mother and father I don't know before marriage I haven't any idea abt this but he is diff person he shows something else than actually he is. He promised. Me that we will get married after I get the job I was not even working anywhere jobless I stay with my parents and they don't know anything about my marriage if they come to know they will dead.m Buddhist Maharashtrian i have tried to kill myself just because of frustration.

Hi ask him for mutual divorce if he agree everything is simple. otherwise you have to force him for divorce by filling divorce case under Hindu Marriage Act and you can also file for domestic violence case. Or maintenance.

In your case as you have got married you have two option one is you can filed a divorce petition by mutual consent under Hindu marriage act. In this case u even husband should be willing to give you divorce. Second option is you file for a normal divorce petition and prove your case. As you have done a mistake instead of doing suicide face it. It is life we all tend to make mistakes people will hear and forget but you have to come out of it.
