How can i get Ex parte Annulment final judgement

Sir, I had filled an annulment suit which was heard ex parte , now the Judge on the day of judgement did not sign the papers, and said he will decide later but the date of judgement will remain same. Can learned members clarify about the apeal period in case the judgement is against me and is there any way to expedite the judgement. I depending on this judgement to get relief in a 489 case and if the decision is against me , I want to appeal in High court as soon as possible. Also if any of the learned members can tell me time it takes for an appeal to be listed for hearing in Ranchi high court. Thank you
