Hi,

For divorce there are different grounds on which you seek divorce for example cruelty, adultery, desertion etc.

Notice to be sent to the other party showing the facts and circumstances and ground for your divorce and then thereafter you can file divorce

A divorce petition had to be filed in court according to the respective jurisdiction. Divorce can be contested ie one sided or mutual consent divorce according to the circumstances. The divorce petition will be governed according to the religion under which you got married or if registered under special marriage act.

hello,
you can either get divorce through mutual consent if both husband and wife agrees or by contesting if either of them opposes divorce. for both procedure is different and grounds would be different.
